摘要
本文以Belay的跨文化交际理论为指导,设计了两个调查问卷,分别对上海市旅游从业人员的跨文化交际能力和外国游客对上海旅游从业人员的满意度进行了实证调查,并对两个调查结果进行对比分析,揭示了上海旅游从业人员跨文化交际中存在的问题和原因,提出了进一步提高旅游从业人员跨文化交际能力的对策。
With Belay's Cross-cultural Communication Theory as the guidance, based on the data collected from the questionnaires of Communication Competence of Shanghai Tourist Service Staff and Satisfaction of foreign travelers, this paper discusses the current status of communication competence of Shanghai tourist staff, analyzes the existing problems and the relevant reasons, puts forward a constructive suggestion that across-cultural training in accordance with their defects is the key for the improvement of their competence.
