摘要
采用ABAQUS软件中的子模型技术,建立了子午线轮胎的三维精细网格有限元分析模型,并对模型进行了有效性验证。利用该模型对轮胎胎圈部危险区域进行了三维精细网格有限元分析,在不改变轮胎结构的前提下,通过调整胎圈部危险区域的橡胶材料力学特性,分析了在充气和静负荷状态下不同橡胶材料对胎圈部危险区域力学性能的影响。分析结果表明,增加子口胶、胎体层胶的定伸长模量和减小圈垫胶的定伸长模量可改善子口包布反包末端性能。
With the application of software ABAQUS, three dimensional fine grid FEA model of radial tire based on the submodel was founded, and the validity of this model was validated.Three dimensional FEA of the dangerous region in tire bead area was carried out,and the influence caused by rubber materials with different hardness to the mechanical behaviors of dangerous region in the state of inflation and static loading was analyzed.It is showed that the increase of tire body glue extension module and the decrease of bead glue extension module can improve the performance.
