摘要 基于CCS规范对结构强度有限元计算,分析了超大型矿砂船的双层底中纵桁产生高应力的原因,并根据有限元计算结果提出了解决方案。通过分析比较各方案,最终选择了增加双层底局部短纵桁的形式。重点阐述了设置局部短纵桁的目的、产生的影响,并通过精细网格计算分析,对双层底局部短纵桁的加强方式进行改进,得到更优的节点形式。 In the light of the FEM analysis of structure based on CCS Rules, the reason of high stress on the center girder in double bottom and the according solutionswere presented in the paper.Adding partial girders in double bottomwas selected as an optimized method after different wayswere compared and analyzed. The purpose and impact of adding partial girders were focused on and the improvement of strengthening for a better structure detail by means of very fine mesh analysis was specified.
