摘要
某硫化-氧化混合型铜钴矿氧化率高并含有大量的碳质泥,用常规浮选法不能得到好的综合回收效果。通过预先浮选脱泥消除碳质泥对浮选过程的影响,然后对硫化铜钴矿和氧化铜钴矿进行异步浮选,并采用硫化剂强化氧化铜钴矿的浮选效果,试验结果表明,对含铜2.63%、钴0.04%、碳6.63%的原矿,可获得铜品位21.12%、铜回收率高达88.55%,含钴0.116%、钴回收率为31.39%的铜钴精矿。研究还发现,硫化剂硫氢化钠与硫化钠相比更有利于氧化铜钴矿物的硫化浮选。
A sulfide-oxidized Cu-Co mixed ore has a high oxidation ratio and contains a large amount of carbonaceous mud and a good comprehensive recovery cant be achieved when it is treated by conventional flotation methods. Pr-desliming by flotation was therefore adopted first to eliminate the influence of carbonaceous mud on the flotation process and then asynchronous flotation was used to treat Cu-Co sulfide ore and oxidized Cu-Co ore. Sulfidizing agent was used to enhance the flotation of oxidized Cu-Co ore. As a result, a Cu-Co concentrate assaying Cu 21.2% at a recovery of as high as 88.55% and Co 0.116% at a recovery of 31.39% was produced from a feed ore containing Cu 2.63% , Co 0.04% and C 6.63 %. It is also found that sodium hydrosulfide (NariS) is more beneficial than sodium sulfide(Na2S) when used as a sulfidizing agent to activate the oxidized Cu-Co ore in flotation.
