摘要
随着社会的发展,移动智能监控已经成为客观趋势。针对上海市世界博览会场馆监控这个应用场景,研究面向世博场馆的移动智能监控系统的关键技术,解决了移动交互监控、运动目标跟踪两个难题,并最终实现了移动智能监控系统软件。经过测试,该移动智能监控系统在监控精确度和灵敏度方面均表现良好。
With the development of the society, mobile intelligent surveillance has become the objective trend. In light of venues surveillance of Shanghai Expo, in this article it researched on key technologies of mobile intelligent surveillance system oriented to world exposition venues. It has solved two difficulties： mobile interactive surveillance and moving object tracking. The mobile intelligent surveillance software has been developed at last, and it performs well in accuracy and sensitivity during testing.
