摘要
研究与分析我国高校科研经费管理模式现状及科研经费管理面临的问题,借鉴国外成熟的科研经费管理理念,提出构建完整系统的科研经费管理体系的有效措施。
The paper focuses on the research and analysis of the current model and situation of the seientific research project （SRPs） funds management. It brings up the effective approach of SRPs financial management system by the successful practical experiences of SRPs funds management in foreign countries to improve the SPSs management system, to improve the budget management, to improve strict accounting of the management of scientific research funds.
