摘要
化学发光分析是近年来获得迅速发展的一种高灵敏度微量及痕量分析技术。由于它分析速度快，仪器设备简单，易于实现自动化等特点，已广泛应用于化学分析、免疫分析、岩矿分析、食品检验、环境监测等领域，是当前化学分析和免疫分析研究的新热点。本文综述了该技术的机理、应用和仪器，简要讨论了该技术的发展前景。
Chemiluminescence anlysis is a highly sensitive analytical technique for trace analysis and features fast analyticalspeed, simple instrumentation and easiness for automation. It has been widely uwh in chemical analysis, immune analysis,rock and mineral analysis, food testing and environmental monitoring, and is a new focus of study. This paper desribesthe mechanism, applications and instruments of chemiluminescence analysis with 18 references. The prospect of the tech-nique is discussed briefly.
