摘要
目的:研究环孢霉素A在治疗重症干眼中的作用。方法:52例(104眼)重症干眼患者随机分为加0.5g/L环孢霉素A点眼实验组26例(52眼)和单纯用人工泪液点眼对照组26例(52眼),治疗3mo后测其泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间、泪河弯曲面的曲率半径、泪膜干涉成像级别,并作对比。结果:泪液分泌试验改善了3~5mm:实验组的有效率为80.8%,对照组为23.1%;泪膜破裂时间延长3~5s:实验组的有效率为76.9%,对照组为19.2%;泪河弯曲面的曲率半径〉0.2mm:实验组的有效率为65.4%,对照组为11.5%;泪膜干涉成像级别〉Ⅲ级:实验组有效率为57.7%,对照组为11.5%。实验组与对照组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:环孢霉素A在治疗重症干眼中起着非常重要的作用,具有良好的治疗效果。
AIM : To investigate the effect of cyclosporin A (CSA) in the treatment of severe dry eye syndrome.
METHODS: Fifty-two cases (104 eyes) of severe dry eye syndrome were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (52 eyes) only treated by artificial tears and the trial group (52 eyes) received artificial tears added 0.5g/L cyclosporin A. After three months' treatment, each case was examined by Schirmer test, tear break-up time (BUT) tear meniscus radius of curvature, tear film interferometry and the results were compared with those before the treatment.
RESULTS: The result of Schirmer's test had improved by 3-5mm. the efficiency of the trial group was 80.8% and that of the control group was 23.1% ; the result of the tear break-up time (BUT) had prolonged for 3-5 seconds: the efficiency of the trial group was 76.9% and the control one was 19. 2%; tear meniscus radius of curvature had improved by 0.2mm : the efficiency of the trial group was 65.4% and the control was 11. 5%; that of tear film interferometry had improved for 3 grades: the trial group efficiency was 57. 7% and the control was 11. 5%. The differences of all the examination results for dry eye between CSA group and control group had statistical significance ( P〈 0.01 ) by χ^2 test.
CONCLUSION: Cyclosporin A (CSA) is obviously effective and has a satisfactory clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of severe dry eye syndrome.
