大型矿场球磨机铸钢衬板的耐磨性试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以ZG70Cr3NiMo替代ZGMn13作球磨机衬板,使用石英砂作为模拟的磨损介质,进行耐磨性的对比试验。结果表明,ZG70Cr3NiMo的综合耐磨性能明显优于ZGMn13,在球磨机衬板的使用上可成为性能更优的替代材料。随着回火处理温度的提高,其磨损量逐渐增加。通过扫描电镜观察到的试样磨损表面所存在的犁沟和挤出棱状况,与磨损量的变化趋势基本一致。 In order for the application of ZG70Cr3NiMo alloy to replace ZGMn13 alloy as liner of miller, the wear resistance of ZG70Or3NiMoand ZGMn13 alloy is compared, in which quartz sand is used as the wear media. The results show that the wear resistance of ZG70Cr3NiMo is much better than that of ZGMn13, the former can become an excellent substitute as a liner in miller. With increasing tempering temperature, their abrasion gradually increases. SEM analysis shows that the furrows and extrusion arris in wear surface of samples are in agreement with that of abrasion.
