摘要
设计并制造一种新的贝氏体钢球磨机衬板 ,选用合适的化学成分 ,经稀土变质处理和淬火、回火处理 (910℃ /h风冷和3 5 0℃ / 6h炉冷 )。在空冷条件下 ,获得综合力学性能优良的贝氏体组织 ,在衬板本体取样 ,测得硬度HRC≥ 60 ,冲击韧度≥ 16J/cm2 ,装机考核结果比高锰钢衬板提高 1.5~ 2 .5倍。
A new type of ball grinding machine linear board made by bainite steel have been designed and manufactured. Selecting the suitable chemical composition, with air cooling condition, a good mechanical performance (impact toughness≥ 16 J/cm^2, hardness ≥60 HRC) of bainite structure can be obtained by methods of modification of RE, queching, normalizing when it is cooled by air at 910 ℃ per hour, or by cupola at 350 ℃ per six hours. Making a choice of samples of linear boards, its trial result is increased by 1.5~2.5 times than that of high magnesium steel.
