摘要
目的:了解温州地区鼠类携带耶尔森菌的类型、其抗生素敏感试验以及小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌毒力基因分布等情况。方法:利用常规细菌分离方法从鼠类肠道内容物中分离耶尔森菌,同时进行抗生素敏感试验,并对小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌进行5种毒力基因检测。结果:2008年从温州地区采集的331份鼠类标本中共分离到18株小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,9株中间型耶尔森菌、1株假结核耶尔森菌、1株弗氏耶尔森菌、1株克氏耶尔森菌。对18株小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌利用PCR方法检测毒力基因,只有一株仅携带ail毒力基因,其它菌株ail、ystA、ystB、yadA、virF毒力基因全部阴性。除对头孢唑啉、呋喃唑酮、阿莫西林有比较高的耐药性外,其他常用抗生素敏感率在73.7%~100.0%。结论:温州地区分离到的耶尔森菌以非致病性菌株居多且存在一定的地区差异。鼠类中小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌检出率最高为5.44%,应警惕小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌通过鼠类感染人和其它动物以及水、食品的危险。
Objective:To explore Wenzhou rodents carrying the type of Yersinia, antibiotic - sensitive tests and Y. enterocolitica virulence genes, and so on. Methods : Using conventional methods of bacteria isolated from the intestinal contents of rodents from Yersinia, antibiotic sensitivity test at the same time, and Y. enterocolitica for five kinds of virulence gene detection. Results : In 2008 from 331 in rodents collected specimens from 19 Y. enterocolitica,9 Y. intermedia, 1 Y. pseudotuberculosis, 1 Y.frederiksenii, 1 Y. krislensenii. 19 Y. enterocolitica are detected by PCR virulence genes for only one case only bring ail virulence genes, other strains ail, ystA, ystB, yadA, virF virulence genes all negative. In addition to cefazolin, furazolidone, Ahmad four - lam have relatively high resistance, the other commonly used antibiotics sensitive in 73.7% - 100. 0%. Conclusion:Wenzhou Yersinia isolated in a non - pathogenic strain of the majority and there are some regional differences. Rodent Y. enterocolitica in the highest rate of detection is 5.44% , vigilance of Y. enterocolitica infection by rodents and other animals as well as water, food hazards.
