摘要
社会主义新农村建设是新时期党中央为解决"三农"问题作出的重大战略决策,是现代化进程中的一项重大历史任务。社会主义新农村建设的关键是开发人力资源、造就高素质的农村劳动者。为新农村建设培养各类人才是时代赋予农业职业教育的神圣使命,农业职业院校应该充分发挥自身优势,在新农村建设中有所作为,并在为"三农"服务中彰显特色,求得更大的发展空间。
The construction of new socialist countryside is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee in the new era as well as a major historic task in the process of the modernization. The key to the construction of new socialist countryside is exploiting human resources and preparing high-quality rural laborers. It is a sacred duty of agricultural vocational education to cultivate qualified personnel for the construction of new socialist countryside. Agricultural vocational colleges should cater for the construction of new socialist countryside by fully utilizing their strengths and demonstrating their characteristics and seek more space for development in serving agriculture, the countryside and farmers.
