摘要
随着城镇化的发展、城乡一体化的推进、农业改革的不断深入,农业转型成为了当前农村现代化发展的关键路径。积极引导农业转型、鼓励农村适度规模经营、开发农村市场、推动农村产业结构和消费结构的转型升级,是实现农村现代化的前提条件。基于分析农业转型的动力机制及其对现代乡村发展产生的影响,提出了农业转型过程中农村现代化发展的对策建议,这可为改善农民生活、建设社会主义新农村提供新思路。
With the development of urbanization, process of urban-rural integration, deepening of agricultural reform, agricultural transformation becomes the key path of the current development of rural modernization. Actively guiding the transformation of agriculture,encouraging moderate scale management in rural areas, exploring the rural market and promoting the transformation and upgrading of rural industrial structure and consumption structure are the precondition of realizing the modernization of rural areas. Based on analyzing the dynamic mechanism of agricultural transformation and its influence on the development of modern rural areas, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of rural modernization in the process of agricultural transformation, which will sprovide new ideas for improvement of peasants＇ life and the construction of new socialist countryside.
