摘要
建立了社会影响评价的指标体系,利用这个指标体系就四道河水库对老牛河区域的社会影响进行了系统评价。评价结果表明,四道河水库的建设将会促进老牛河区域社会的发展。
A synthetical appraisal index system was established,the social influence of Sidao river reservior on Laoniu river basin was systematical evaluated based on appraisal index system.The conclusion of the evaluation was that the Sidao river reservior can improve the social development of Laoniu river basin.
