摘要
从山东地区发病肉鸽中分离到一株新城疫病毒(SDZ08),经测定,其鸡胚半数致死量(ELD50)、鸡胚平均死亡时间(MDT)、1日龄雏鸡脑内接种的致病指数(ICPI)、6周龄鸡静脉接种的致病指数(IVPI)分别为107.85、52.5h、1.8、2.2,表明该新城疫病毒为强毒。通过分析其融合蛋白(F)发现,F蛋白多肽裂解位点为112RRQKRF117,符合NDV强毒株裂解位点氨基酸序列。F基因分型及氨基酸同源性比较发现,SDZ08株属于基因Ⅵ,与LaSota、F48E9、B1、V4等传统毒株同源性较低,与鸽源NDV同源性较高。
One Newcastle disease virus (NDV)isolated from pigeon of Shandong was proved virulent, because of ELD50 of 107.85,MDT of 52.5h,1.8 of ICPI,2.2 of IVPI.The cleavage site of the virus F protein was 112 RRQKRF l l7,and accorded with highly pathogenic strain character.By analyzing genotype and homology of SDZ08 and other NDV strains,it showed that SDZ08 belonged to genotype VI ,and had lower homology compared with traditional strains La Sota.F48E9.B1 and V4.
