摘要
针对靶场外测设备动态校准测试方案的选择问题,提出了把实施风险作为第4维参数以平衡性能、费用、时间3维参数的思路.设计了风险指标(事件)及风险指标的层次结构模型,给出了每一个风险指标的风险概率及风险后果影响程度计算方法,并结合实际情况,建立了方案评估的基本步骤,为最终方案的选择提供依据.
Aiming at the problem of dynamic calibration scheme selecting for shooting range outfield test device, the paper presents an approach which takes implement risk as the fourth dimensional parameter to balance the original three-dimensional parameters including performance ,expense and time. The risk index and its layer structure model are designed. The methods for calculating the risk probability of each risk index and the influencing degree of risk result are put forward. By combining actual instance, the basic process of risk assessment is set up, which provides bases for final scheme selecting.
