摘要
根据国内开放式访问的开展情况,指出了开放式访问中可能存在的著作权风险,并分析了开放式访问的法律性质,厘清了一些关于开放式访问法律风险的错误认识。给出了规避开放式访问中法律风险的对策,可供开展开放式访问的相关机构参考。
The copyright risk in open access is proposed based on the situation of open access practice in China. Furthermore, the legal nature of open access is analyzed and some fault ideas about that are given. The methods to avoid the legal risk in open access are proposed, which can be referred to by the agencies engaging in open access publishing.
