图书馆数字资源服务著作权风险的防范策略,是图书馆在数字资源服务中,降低、规避、防止著作权风险发生的办法、措施等系统的思路和方案,主要包括树立知识产权保护意识、加强知识产权管理、依法服务、技术保护、伦理保护等。
The strategy against copyright infringement risk in library digital resources services refers to the systematic way of thought and plans, such as the methods and measures to reduce, avoid and prevent the occurrence of the copyright infringement risk when library provides users with the digital re- sources services. It also refers to establishing IPR protectiofi awareness, strengthening intellectual property management, performing the legal service, taking technical protection and ethical protection.
