摘要
切削参数优化是零件工艺方案优化的一项重要内容。首先说明了多种切削方式集成参数优化的可行性,建立了以生产效率和生产成本为目标函数,考虑机床、切削力、零件表面粗糙度等约束条件的集成多种切削方式的参数优化模型,并用遗传算法进行求解。最后,开发了不同切削方式的集成参数优化系统,实例证明了集成参数优化方法及系统的实用性。
Cutting parameter optimization is one of the important contents of the optimization of machining processes of parts. The feasibility of the integration of parameter optimization of multiple cutting modes is presented first. An integrated parameter opti- mization model of multiple cutting modes is built, taking productivity and cost as its two objective functions and involving machine tools, cutting force, surface roughness of parts and other constraints. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. An integrated parameter optimization system of various cutting modes is developed finally. An example has shown the practicality of the system.
