摘要
剃齿是圆柱齿轮加工的重要工序,它生产效率高,成本低,是目前较理想又经济的加工方法。在剃齿加工中如能很好地运用轮齿的修形技术不仅可以提高齿轮的精度,而且能够有效地降低齿轮的啮合噪音,从而达到提高产品质量的目的。
The gear shaving is a important procedure of the cylinder gear working . It抯 efficient, the cost is low. Currently, it is ideal and economic machining method. At the gear shaving process, nicely wielding gear抯 teeth shape-fixing technology can not only raise the precision of a gear, but also effectively lower the noises, and eventually can improve the quality of products.
