摘要
21世纪人才作为知识的拥有者、传播者和创造者,正在成为生产力发展的核心要素。人力资源正逐步超过自然资源,成为第一资源。随着我国加入WTO,国内医院将真正作为市场竞争的主体存在于医疗市场之内,不仅要参与国内竞争,而且将开始进入国际竞争的范畴。国内公立医院的人才队伍,如何面对加入WTO后面临的挑战,主动积极地应对,在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存和发展,是医院管理者需要特别关注和思考的重大问题。文章从人才培养的重要性、面临的挑战进行分析,并对医院人才队伍建设进行讨论。
In 21 century, talent is becoming the key essential factor of productivity development in creating , spreading and the possing of knowledge. Human resource is exceeding natural resource step by step , becomes the first resource. With our country into WTO, domestic hospital has been the genuine main part as the competition of market in medical market , will not only participate in domestic competition , will also begin to enter the internation al competition. The domestic talent troops of public hospital face how to join the challenge and how to get survival and development in intense market competition, which are the significant problems that hospital manager need to pay attention to and think deeply especially. This paper analysed the importance of talent training and the challenge from WTO , and discussed the construction of hospital talent troops.
