摘要
经济困难学生助学工作是高等学校的一项重要工作,也是体现落实人本理念的重要方面。在实际的工作实践中,对于经济困难学生的认定一直没有一个科学严谨的方法,出现了家庭确实困难的学生没有得到资助,家庭不是真正特别困难的学生却得到了利益,导致国家的助学政策执行的弱化,为此提出了一种科学有效的认定方法,具有一定的现实意义。
It is an important task for the colleges and universities to provide financial aid to the students with financial difficulties, which is also an important part of the implementation of humanism. In practicing work, there is still not an scientific and rigorous way to confirm the students with financial difficulties. As a result, many students from poor family havent got any support and help, but those with better financial condition have benefited from this policy. This phenomenon may lead to weaken implementation of the students financial aids policy. A scientific and effective ways of confinnation has been submitted in this paper, which has some practical significance.
