摘要
综合了国内外文献资料,介绍了碳纳米管的表面处理的方法,对不同处理方法对碳纳米管带来的物理化学变化进行了综述;重点介绍了处理后的碳纳米管在生物医药领域的应用;最后对碳纳米管表面活化方法选择进行了总结。
Carbon nanotubes are considered as one of the most significant functional materials which exhibit many properties including biocompatibility, high structural integrity, and unique electronic and mechanical properties, Carbon nanotubes are candidates for a range of biomedicine applications that is likely to widen considerably in the future. Function and application of carbon nanotubes in biomedicine have been studied in different views. This review have introduced different methods of carbon nanotubes function and changes when carbon nanotubes were functionalized based on domestic and foreign literatures related to biomedicine; then the applications of functional carbon nanotubes in biomedicine have been emphasized; finally, according to the applications, choices of different functional methods has been concluded.
