摘要
为了了解血清ＣＥＡ，ＣＡ２４２在大肠癌诊断中的价值，对３０例大肠癌患者和２１例大肠良性疾病患者血清ＣＥＡ，ＣＡ２４２进行了测定。结果表明：大肠癌患者血清ＣＥＡ，ＣＡ２４２阳性率分别为２６．６７％，５３．３３％，大肠良性疾病患者血清ＣＥＡ，ＣＡ２４２的阳性率分别是９．５２％，４．７６％。联合测定的灵敏度为６６．６７％，特异度为８５．７１％，阳性预告值８６．９６％。提示血清ＣＥＡ，ＣＡ２４２联合测定对大肠癌的诊断有一定的价值，ＣＡ２４２对术前判断肿瘤的发展及大肠癌组织学类型能提供帮助。
In order to determine the value of serum CEA and CA242 in the diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma,CEA and CA242 levels were measured in 30 patients with colorectal carcinoma. The results show that the positive rate of serum CEA and CA242 in colorectal ; carcinoma was 26. 67%, 53.33% respectively, and the positive rate of serum CEA and CA242 in patients with benign colorectal diseases was 9.5% ,4.76% re- spectively. The sensitivity of allied measure was 66.67 % , the specificity was 85.71% , and the predictive value was 86.96% . Combined as- says of serum CEA and CA242 were found to be valuable in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. The serum CA242 level also provide pre- operative information for staging and histological types.
