摘要
文章就中美大学图书馆的招聘信息进行调查分析,试图从中找出公平录用、符合图书馆需要、有利于大学图书馆发展的证据。
The paper makes a comparative analysis on the job advertisements between Chinese and American academic libraries, and tries to find out the information of fair recruitment and good for the development of academic library.
