摘要
本研究以数字素养全球框架视角尝试构建图书馆职业素养循证实践框架,为图书馆人职业发展研究提供借鉴。论文通过网络调研法、文献分析法、问卷调查法、循证学等方法分析图书馆职业环境变化和读者数字技能需求,尝试构建数字时代图书馆职业素养发展框架。研究发现,图书馆行业在数字扫盲、大数据等领域具有很大发展空间,图书馆行业应在媒介素养、信息素养等核心领域开展循证实践推动职业素养的发展。
This research attempts to build an evidence-based practice framework for library professional literacy from the perspective of a digital framework of global literacy,and provides a reference for the study of library professional development.It analyzes the changes in library occupational environment and readers’digital skills needs through network survey methods,literature analysis methods,questionnaire survey methods,evidence-based methods,etc.,and tries to build a framework for library professional development in the digital age.The study finds that the library industry has a lot of room for development in the fields of digital literacy and big data.The library industry should carry out evidence-based practice in the core areas of media literacy and information literacy to promote the development of professional literacy.
