摘要
组织公民行为理论应用到高校图书馆服务质量管理中是一个新课题,在分析论述组织公民行为的基本概念及涵义的基础上,讨论了组织公民行为在高校图书馆服务质量管理中的影响和作用以及如何提高馆员的组织公民行为。
It is a new topic to apply the theory of organizational citizenship behavior into quality management of university library service. After giving the concept of organizational citizenship behavior, this topic discussed the affect of OCB on quality management of university library service, and gave some suggestion about how to improve the ability of the librarian in the organizational citizenship behavior.
