摘要
目的:预测出与心血管疾病相关的微RNAs(microRNAs,简称miRNAs)。方法运用生物信息学的方法找出与心血管疾病和功能相关的基因,鉴定出和这些基因处于同一转录单元的miRNAs,再通过miRNAs簇和家族分析及Gene Ontology(GO)方法预测出一些新的、潜在的和心血管疾病相关的miRNAs。结果:从626个心血管疾病相关的基因中预测出20个潜在的和心血管疾病相关的miRNAs,其中5个miRNAs已经被实验证实和心血管疾病有关。结论:通过生物信息学的方法对心血管疾病相关的miRNAs进行预测,对于临床和科研都具有十分重要的指导意义,但最终的结论还需要实验来证实。
Objective: To predict the microRNAs (miRNAs) related to cardiovascular diseases. nethods:Bioinformatics was used to find all cardiovascular disease related and cardiovascular function related protein-coding genes, and miRNAs were identified that localized the same transcription units as the above genes. Then other cardiovascular disease related miRNAs were identified by an miRNAs set and family analysis and Gene Ontology (GO). Results: Twenty potential cardiovascular disease related miRNAs were predicted from 626 cardiovascular disease related miRNAs, five of which had been confirmed by experiments. Conclusion: This study is of great help for the diagnosis and research of cardiovascular diseases, but the final conclusions need to be confirmed by experiments.
