摘要
目的:通过动物实验评估99mTc-C50与67Ga在人体主要器官的辐射吸收剂量,并比较分析99mTc-C50的辐射安全性。方法:分别将99mTc-C50与67Ga通过静脉注射注入2组小鼠体内,按时间顺序分别处死小鼠,并测量各器官放射性计数,由Dvalue软件推算人体各器官辐射吸收剂量。结果:获得99mTc-C50和67Ga在人体各器官的辐射吸收剂量,并得到初步验证。结论:99mTc-C50有较理想的体内分布和代谢特性,吸收剂量较低,是非常安全的肿瘤放射免疫显像剂。
Objective To evaluate distribution and radiation absorbed dosage of ^99mTc-C50 and 67Ga in various organs of human, and to analyze radiation safety of ^99mTc-C50. Methods The mice were executed on the different time after ^99mTc-C50 and 67Ga were injected into vein of the two groups of mice, then the radioactive counting of the mice organs were calculated. According to the data, the human organs absorbed dosage was derived by Dvalue software. Results The data of radiation absorbed dosage of ^99mTc-C50 and 67Ga in human organs were acquired and preliminarily confirmed. Conclusion ^99mTc-C50, which has the preferable vivo distribution and metabolism characteristics and low radiation absorbed dosage, is a sort of ideal agent for radioimmunoimaging of tumor.
