摘要
对采自新疆喀纳斯湖区和一号冰川土样中的耐低温细菌多样性进行了初步研究。以在10℃以下可以正常生长的菌株为筛选对象,对分离出的菌株进行形态观察,并结合16‘S rDNA测序结果,初步鉴定其归属。结果表明,从喀纳斯湖区分离出耐低温细菌共66株,8属;一号冰川分离出耐低温细菌共38株,6属。从多样性指数来看,喀纳斯湖区耐低温细菌的物种丰富度高于一号冰川,但分布不均匀。结合两地细菌组成及系统发育树来看,Bacillus属在两地都属于优势类群,而一号冰川Pseudomonas属的种类较丰富,初步表明至少存在7个不同种。
To detemaine the microbial diversity in soil samples from spot of Kanas lake and glacier No. 1 in Xinjiang, Psychrotolerant bacteria were isolated from soil at 10℃ using 16S rDNA as molecular taxonomy mean. The results showed that there were 66 strains, 8 genuses in Kanas Lake spot and 38 strains, 6 genuses in glacier No. 1. The indexes of diversity indicated that the Kanas lake had higher richness than glacier No. 1.
