摘要
[目的]为新疆地区植被恢复与生物多样性的保护提供参考。[方法]结合相应的土壤室内试验数据和野外典型群落的样方调查,采用典型相关分析法对新疆巴尔鲁克山自然保护区土壤理化因子与植物群落多样性的相关性进行了研究。[结果]各群落组成简单,多样性指数不存在较大的差异,且对应的指数值都较低。在影响新疆巴尔鲁克山自然保护区植物群落的多样性方面,有机质含量和p H是其中的主要因子。土壤理化因子第一典型变量解释方面,其中植物群落多样性的变异比例仅为5.8%。[结论]该研究结果可为新疆地区植被恢复与生物多样性的保护提供参考。
[Objective] To provide references for the vegetation recovery and biodiversity protection in Xinjiang Area. [Method] Combining with the data of corresponding soil indoor test and the sample plot investigation wild typical community,canonical correlation analysis was used to research the correlation of soil physicochemical factors and plant community diversity in Baerluke Nature Reserve of Xinjiang. [Result]Each community had simple composition; there were relatively great differences in diversity index. And the corresponding index values were all relatively low. In the aspect of diversity affecting the plant community plant community,organic matter content and p H were the main factors.In the aspect of the first canonical variable of soil physicochemical factors,variance proportion of plant community diversity was only 5. 8%.[Conclusion]This research provides references for the vegetation recovery and biodiversity protection in Xinjiang Area.
