摘要
在分批循环式稻谷干燥机上试验了低恒温干燥和变温干燥两种干燥工艺。试验表明,采用变温干燥工艺,稻谷含水率高于21%时,采用60~70℃的介质,降水速率可每小时大于1个百分点。当稻谷含水率低于18%时,介质温度应低于60℃,降水速率每小时小于1个百分点。采用变温干燥工艺,对稻谷进行3~4次烘干缓苏,稻谷烘后的累计爆腰率降低0.85个百分点,能耗降低15%。
Based on experiment method, two drying technologies named constant low temperature drying and variable temperature drying were experimented on a batch type circulating paddy drier. The experiment showed that the water reduction rate could be faster thah 1%/h when 60 - 70℃ medium was adopted and paddy moisture content was more than 21%. If paddy moisture content was less than 18%, the medium temperature should be lower than 60℃ and the water reduction rate was slower than 1%/h. The variable temperature technology was used for drying and refreshing of paddy for 3 or 4 times, the cumulative percent cracked paddy was reduced by 0.85% after drying and the energy consumption was reduced by 15%.
