摘要
达赖集团及其西方支持者们对中国"灭绝西藏文化"的指责从上个世纪80年代至今一直不绝于耳。但从国际人权法的角度及中国对西藏藏族文化权利法律保障的历史轨迹、事实与成就看,"西藏文化灭绝论"十分荒谬。铁的事实说明,在达赖喇嘛统治时期的西藏,"文化所体现的政治要求和宗教观念,代表了僧俗统治阶级的根本利益,藏族劳动人民创造文化和表现文化的权利在事实上被剥夺"。而今天的西藏文化,是"回归人民的西藏文化"、"充满发展活力的文化"。作为世界著名文化遗产之一的西藏文化,在中国受到了很好的保护。达赖集团及西方反华势力鼓吹的中国"灭绝西藏文化"是一个伪命题,其论点是毫无根据的。
The censure that ＇China is deracinating Tibetan culture, by Dalai Lama and his western supporters has been heard from the 80＇s of last century. Perceived from international human rights law as well as the historical practice and achievement （s） of the legal guarantee to the right of Tibetan culture in China, this kind of saying is of absurdity. Ferrous facts show that when Tibet was ruled by Dalai Lama, the CULTIRE embodied the political needs and religious concept representing the fundamental interest of the ruling class, and the rights of Tibetan people to create their culture as well as to express it had been deprived. While the Tibetan culture today is the one that retrieves its way back to the people and full of vitality. Tibetan culture, as one of the world famous cultural heritages, is well preserved in China. The saying ＇China is deracinating Tibetan culture＇ advocated by Dalai Lama and the western anti-Chinese force is purely a fake proposition and its argument is fabulous.
