摘要
自我国进入现代化建设新时期以来,成人教育发展速度非常快,已经成为社会主义教育事业的重要组成部分,逐步走向规范化、制度化,为国家培养了大批的专业人才。但是成人教育发展过程中仍然存在着很多的问题与困难。新时期中国成人教育的革新发展,必须要更新观念,寻求科学的对策使成人教育获得可持续性发展,为建设和谐社会释放出自己的最大价值。
After entering the new era of modernization, the adult education has developed rapidly, and already been a very important part of the socialist education. The adult education has raised the professional talents in large quantity. However, so many problems and difficulties exist in the development of the adult education. In order to achieve the sustainable development of the adult education, we must change our minds, and seek for scientific solutions to release the maximum value of the adult education.
