摘要
根据海军机场的环境特点,对高强度铝合金材料的涂层有效期及基体材料的腐蚀损伤失效过程进行了研究,建立了腐蚀损伤与加速腐蚀日历时间的关系函数,提出了海军现役飞机外场腐蚀控制的具体技术措施。
According to the study on the service environment and the corrosion failure mode for the major structural materials of the naval aircrafts, it had been established that the calendar effective time of protection of protection coating and corrosion kinetics law, the corrosion process of the aluminum alloy in airport is reproduced by accelerated test in test room. The corrosion control technique and repairing methods for the naval aircraft were proposed for practical maintenance.
