摘要
独立学院是随着高等教育由精英化向大众化转化的过程中出现的新生事务,实行新的办学模式和管理体制。对独立学院共青团工作的重要性和共青团工作所面临的问题进行分析,从贯彻党建带团建的思想,构建"一体两翼"运行新格局,建立"四位一体"工作体系,打造品牌文化项目等方面,对如何创造性地改进共青团工作进行了探讨。
College of independence is a new thing with the new model to run a school and new management system.It comes forth with the popularization of higher education.This paper analyses the significance and the problems on the work of the youth league in the college.This paper puts forth the new countermeasure to promote work in all aspects.
