摘要
独立学院共青团建设应与大学生思想政治教育密切联系,开展一系列的工作应与独立学院的形势为背景,当前独立学院紧迫的任务是提高教育教学质量,顺利完成迎估转设。思想政治教育与迎估促建的最终目标是培养高级实用型人才。文章以华南师范大学增城学院为例,分析了符合独立学院发展的共青团建设主要任务,以期进一步把握共青团在特定时期的工作方向和举措,为广大教育工作者和团干部提供借鉴。
The construction of the Communist Youth League in independent colleges should be in close contact with ideological and political education,to carry out a series of work,the urgent task of current independent college is to improve education quality,successfully complete the transfer.The ultimate goal of ideological and political education is to develop advanced practical talents.The article takes Zengcheng College,South China Normal University as example,to analyze the main tasks of the construction of the Communist Youth League in line with the development of the independent Institute,to further grasp the direction and initiatives at a particular time,provide a reference for the majority of educators and group of cadres.
