摘要
经过改革开放30年,泉州师院实现了跨越式发展。在新的历史起点上,学校要坚持"科学定位,合理规划;解放思想,改革创新;以人为本,凝聚力量;尊重规律,好中求快"办学传统,完善质量管理体系,努力建设开放型、有特色、高水平的地方大学。
Since the 30 years of reform and opening up,the construction of Quanzhou Normal University realizes the leaping development. On the new historical starting point, it behooves us to continue adherence to the running tradition of scientific orientation and reasonable planning, emancipating the mind and creative reform, human orientation and gathering more strength and respecting objective law and striving for the best, we shall perfect quality management system and then effort to build the open and high level local college with having our own characteristics.
