摘要
通过调查和研究表明:四川农村体育的发展存在地区差距,形成了三个不同状况的区域;地区间经济发展的不平衡是造成农村体育地区差距的直接原因,自然环境是重要的客观因素,由不同地域、民族所形成的不同的地理文化背景、体育传统习惯和价值观是造成地区差距的内因;提出了四川农村体育区域发展的基本方针、发展方式、建立多元融资体系和评估与预警系统等相关策略。
In this article, research findings show： Sichuan rural sports development displays regional disparity and forms three different regions; the direct reason for the regional disparity is regional uneven economic development; the objective factor for regional disparity is natural environment; the inherent factor for regional disparity is the different geographical and cultural backgrounds and sports traditions and customs and values formed in different regions and by different nationalities. Meanwhile the fundamental policy and the development means for Sichuan rural sports regional development are proposed and such measures as establishing the pluralistic financing system and the evaluation system and the warning system are given.
