人力资源管理中组织公民行为价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 员工的组织公民行为是人力资源管理发展有效策略中的重要影响因素。在人力资源管理各环节及全过程中,促使员工表现组织公民行为,可有效降低经营成本,加强员工团队合作精神,充分发挥人力资源的潜能。就长期而言,有助于组织整体绩效的提升。
