摘要
目的探讨在护理专业本科生临床技能考核中应用高级急危重症护理模拟人的方法。方法使用高级急危重症护理模拟人对我院259名护理本科毕业生进行考核,对考试成绩和考试质量进行统计学分析。结果考试成绩均服从正态分布(P>0.05),考试结果真实、可信,考试难度、区分度、信度和效度均有意义。结论高级急危重症护理模拟人考试可以客观地检验护生临床技能的掌握情况,有效提高护生临床实际工作能力。
Objective To explore the method and effect of application of emergency care simulator in clinical skills examination fin＇ undergTaduah- nursing students. Methods The emergency care simulators were used in clinical skills examinations for 259 undergraduate nursing students and the performance was anlayzed. Results The performance in the examination showed a normal distribution,which indicated that the examination was authentic,reliable,and differentiatable with appropriate level of difficuhy,differentiate,reliablility and validity. Conclusions The application of emergency care simulator in clinical skills examination for undergraduate nursing students can test the nursing students＇ clinical skills objectively,which is helpful for the improvement of clinical competence.
