摘要
文应用WKB法导出了指数折射率平面光波导的模方程。实算结果表明,所给模方程具有很高的精度。
The mode equations of the planar waveguides with exponential index profiles are derived by using WKB method. The computed results show that the mode equations presented in this paper can be Used to analyse and calculate the propagation properties of this kind of waveguides easily and conveniently with higher accuracy.
