摘要
目的:了解我院腹腔镜胆囊切除术预防使用抗菌药的情况。方法:抽取2007年6～11月腹腔镜胆囊切除术的出院病历248份,对使用抗菌药数据进行统计分析。结果:抗菌药使用率100%,硝咪唑类、喹诺酮类、头孢菌素类使用频率高,不合理用药主要表现为用药时机不当、药物选择不当、联合用药指征不强等。结论:本院腹腔镜胆囊切除术预防使用抗菌药存在不合理现象,应按围手术期给药方案进行,亟需加强规范化使用抗菌药。
Objective ： To analyze the the prophylactic use of antibacterials after gallbladder resections by laparoscope in our hospital. Method： 248 cases with gallhladder resections by laparoscope were chosen from June to November 2007, and their statistical analysis was made in the use of antibacterials. Result： The rate of the use of antibaeterials was 100%. Nitramisole, Quinolone and cephalosporin were frequently and improperly used, and the indication for drug combination was weak. Conclusion： There are some unreasonable phenomena in the use of antibacterials after gallbladder resections by laparoscope in our hospital. The medication plan of operation term should be followed and it is urgently necessary to stanardize the use of antibacterials.
