摘要
目的:了解我院围手术期预防性使用抗菌药情况。方法:随机抽取我院2005年全年外科手术患者预防性使用抗菌药的出院病历420份,填写患者基本情况及抗菌药应用情况,并进行统计分析。结果:Ⅰ类切口手术无指征预防用药率达58.2%。存在预防用药品种起点高、用药时机不当、持续使用时间过长、联合用药不当等问题。结论:我院外科手术预防性使用抗菌药存在不合理之处,有待规范使用。
Objective： To understand the prophylactic use of antibiotics in patients in their perioperative period. Method： 420 records of discharged patients with surgical operation using prophylactics antibiotics between July, 2005 and June, 2006 were randomly retrieved, and their general data and antibiotics use were filled out. Result： The prophylactic antibiotics use rate in the type-1 incision operation without any clear indications of medication reached up to 58.2%, presenting the problems of the superior kinds of antibiotics, improper time of drug use and prolonged time of continuous drug use. The combined antibiotics were partly inappropriate. Conclusion： There was improper use of antibiotics by patients in perioperative period, which requires the strengthening of standardized administration of prophylactic antibiotic use.
