摘要
建立了全井筒固井储气井的受力模型,计算了水泥环与井筒界面之间的径向压应力、摩擦力、埋地部分井筒的应力和应变以及固定水泥环的地层有效深度。根据计算结果,探讨了目前主要采用的2种固井工艺,给出了保障安全的固井工艺,为储气井的设计和施工提供了理论依据。
A model of full well bore used as CNG storage was established. The calculation of interface on radial compressive stress between cementing annual and well bore, friction force and the stress and strain on buried well bore were made. The minimum depth buried under ground of CNG storage was calculated as well. Based on the result from calculation, two present cementing processing were studied in order to ensure safe cementing. This offered the theoretical basic for design and construction of CNG storage well.
