摘要
介绍了一种自攻式高压地下储气井专利技术,该技术的井底封头具有自攻功能。自攻式高压地下储气井由自攻式井底封头、井筒、接箍和井口装置组成。在固井施工时,首先按计算所需的用量将水泥浆搅拌好,并将它全部注入基井内,随后连续将自攻式高压地下储气井逐节组装、旋转压入已注有水泥浆的基井,从而避免了由于基井与井筒间隙过小而导致部分井筒不能被水泥浆包裹的严重缺陷,达到延长高压地下储气井使用寿命的目的。
A patent technology for self-tapping high-pressure gas storage well underground was introduced, including its self-tapping bottom head, shaft, shaft coupling and well head device. In cementing operation, having the slurry mixed well and injected at a required amount, and then having the gas storage well assembled and the shell rotated into the base well where slurry had been injected so as to avoid a serious defect that partial shaft can' t be packed with cement slurry due to a too small space between the base well and the wellbore. This benefits the realization of prolonging the service life of high pressure gas storage well underground.
