摘要
长期以来,人们对"地缘政治学"(geopolitics)概念的理解和使用很容易陷入模糊和混乱,这归咎于此概念的多元性和复杂性。因此需要挖掘思想史上对地缘政治学概念的不同理解,厘清地缘政治学概念的脉络和条理,识别和界定地缘政治学思想史上各种传统和视角的内涵、逻辑、方法和价值。在地缘政治学思想史中,我们可以提炼出几个清晰的视角。第一,人-境关系的视角。第二,大战略的视角。第三,现实主义政治的视角。第四,国际政治结构的视角。地缘政治学的概念蕴含在这几个视角的有机融合之中,建立统一包容性的地缘政治学概念是可能的。
Due to its conceptual complexity and multiple dimensions, the term ＂geopolitics＂ has long been understood with confusion and ambiguity. This paper tries to explore the differing understandings and interpretations of the concept of ＂geopolitics＂ with a strong belief that the history of ideas of geopolitics can be categorized into consecutions and order and examines the content, logic, method and value of various traditions and perspectives of the concept. Four possible clear perspectives are being identified and analyzed. These are man-nature relationship, grand strategy, realpolitik, and international political structure. In conclusion, this paper argues that the concept of ＂geopolitics＂ is rooted in the inclusion of the four perspectives and hence an inclusive concept of geopolitics is possible.
