摘要
在CCD焦面驱动电路设计中,经常要求产生在两个指定电平间振荡的信号,二值箝位电路以其简单的拓扑结构、稳定的性能表现而得到应用。尽管二值箝位电路的稳态输出仅受拓扑结构影响,而与初始条件无关,然而其暂态输出会随着初始条件以及拓扑结构的不同而有所差异,造成二值箝位电路设计及其应用的复杂性,文章深入地研究二值箝位电路不同的拓扑结构以及不同的输入条件对其输出的影响,给出了各种情况下的仿真结果,并针对仿真结果给出了定量和定性的分析。
During the design of CCD focal driver circuit, signals which swung between two designated levels were often required. Dual - clamp circuit was used in such application for its simple structure and effective performance. However, the output of clamp circuit was different from different initial conditions and different structures. It introduced much complication to the analyzing and application of clamp circuit In this paper, the author deeply researched the characters of clamp circuit such as the relationship between output and different structures and different initial conditions. The analysis was also supported by pspice simulation.
