摘要
文章介绍了CCD的焦面电路设计以及初步的设计结果并且对驱动电路和模拟信号放大电路进行了Pspice仿真。
This paper presents the design and preliminary result of focal plane array（FPA） of a CCD camera utilizing a CCD image chip. The FPA contains CCD drivers, analog signal amplifiers and filter circuit of power. Besides simulation of these in Pspice are also discussed in this paper.
