摘要
针对脉压雷达视频回波信号的特点,提出了一种新的雷达视频信号压缩编码算法。该算法利用相邻重复周期之间视频回波信号中的地物杂波、气象杂波、目标回波是相关的,而噪声是不相关的特点,对图像进行压缩。基于新算法,设计了雷达图像记录设备,进行了验证试验。结果表明,新算法实用性好,既实现了高分辨率雷达图像的长时间记录,又保留了目标回波的精细结构,实现了平显图像和A显图像的同时记录。
To investigate the characteristics of radar video signals, a new arithmetic of compressed encoding is given. The arithmetic uses the correlation of ground clutter, weather clutter and target echo and the irrelevance of noises between the adjacent repetition periods to compress the radar image. Based on the new arithmetic, a radar image recorder is designed, and the experiment is performed. Finally, the advantages and high-performance of this arithmetic are described.
